Dietetics Department was established in 1995. It has 1 Senior Dietician and 1 Junior Dietician and 2 intern dieticians. The outpatient consultations are taken care in the 3rd floor. The Department has different diet charts printed in Hindi and English catering to the patients needs. Diabetic diet chart, Cardiac diet chart, Renal Diet chart, Weight Reducing diet charts are some of the diet charts to mention a few.
Food and Beverage
Personalized menu confirming to Medical Instructions is prepared that not only expedite the healing process but also brings cheer to them . Menus are planned in consultation with the dieticians, which are nourishing and well balanced .

On an average approximately 500 to 600 meals are prepared per day inclusive of patients, resident staff, doctors and nurses.
Preparation of Food
Food is transported in hot insulated food trolleys from kitchen to the patient areas. Food served is either covered with a lid or film or foil for hygiene reasons. Food service to the patients is done round the clock.
