This Neonatal unit is 12 bedded with round the clock support from two consultants. One Neonatologist and one Senior Pediatrician and continuous coverage by a trained pediatrician. The nurses in the unit are well trained and skilled in managing any kind of sick neonate. The unit is well equipped with modern radiant warmer, infusion pumps, pulse oxymeters, ventilators ( siemens 300 A ), Cardiac monitors, NIBP monitors, centralized oxygen suction facilities. In order to prevent contamination, the entire department has been fitted with air conditioners with laminar flow and 0.3 micron air filters. In addition the units are equipped with CFL and halogen light phototherapy.
All these facilities are coupled with least possible charges competitive with any nursing home rates for every service, making it affordable quality medical care .
The Neonatal unit is also supported by emergency lab support which includes Biochemistry,
Microbiology, and Radiology services. We also have paramedical support of Physiotherapy, Nutritionist and Respiratory Therapist.

The faculty of the department is full time and experienced in the care of neonates and children.
